一、我们是谁
本政策由开发者 曾飞鹏（下称「我们」）发布，适用于你通过 App Store 下载并安装的应用（下称「本应用」）。

二、本应用提供什么
本应用为自陈式人格与兴趣向问卷、图鉴与阅读类工具。测验结果与说明仅供自我了解、教育与娱乐，不构成医疗诊断、心理咨询结论或专业测评报告。
三、我们处理哪些信息
本应用以在你设备上本地运行为主要设计。通常情形下，你作答的量表与浏览记录会保存在本设备上，我们不会主动在你作答时把题目答案汇总上传至我们运营的服务器。
若你使用设备备份（如 iCloud 备份）或系统提供的同步/迁移功能，部分数据可能随你选择的备份方式由 Apple 或你的系统处理，该过程受相关服务条款与隐私政策约束，而非由我们单独收集。
为便于功能运行，本应用可能在本设备内使用系统提供的存储与缓存，例如：
- 与测验流程、答题进度与结果展示相关的必要本地数据；
- 应用偏好（如与界面展示相关的非敏感信息，取决于具体版本实现）。
本应用不强制要求注册我们提供的单独账号；你亦无需为使用基础测验功能而向我们提交姓名、手机号或身份证件。
四、不用于行为广告与出售个人信息
除非将来在应用内以单独、显著方式取得你的同意，且法律允许，我们不将本应用所涉个人信息用于第三方的跨应用精准广告，亦不出售法律意义上的「个人敏感信息买卖」所指向的行为。
五、第三方与链接
本应用不依托由我们自建的、用于分析你测验内容的云后台来完成核心判分（判分在设备端完成，具体以实际版本功能为准）。若你使用系统「分享」等功能将内容分享到其他应用，由该等第三方按各自政策处理，不在我们控制范围内。
六、你的权利与信息留存
你可以通过卸载应用、清除应用数据、关闭相关备份，以及使用 Apple 在系统中提供的隐私控制来管理本机数据。
在我们依法需要保存记录的情形下（例如为履行法定义务），我们可能在必要期间内保留经匿名化或去标识化、且与义务范围相称的最少量信息。
七、跨境与区划
若你位于中华人民共和国境内，在适用法域要求下，我们将遵守个人信息保护相关法律；若你位于其他司法辖区，可依据当地法律行使权利，我们也将在合法框架内配合。
八、政策更新
我们可能因功能变化或法律要求更新本政策。重大变更时，我们将通过应用内或商店页面等合理方式提示；更新后的生效日以页首「最后更新」日期为准。请你定期查阅。
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is published by the developer, Feipeng Zeng (曾飞鹏) (“we”, “us”) and applies to the iOS app you download from the App Store (the “App”).

2. What the App does
The App provides self-report personality- and interest-style questionnaires, a catalog of types/scales, and library-style reading. Results and explanations are for self-insight, education, and entertainment only. They are not a medical or psychiatric diagnosis, a counselling record, or a professional assessment report.
3. Information we process
The App is designed to work primarily on your device. In normal use, the answers and activity you create are typically stored locally on the device, and we do not routinely upload your per-item answers to a server that we operate as you tap through a quiz.
If you use device backup (e.g. iCloud backup) or other system data migration, some data may be processed by Apple or your device settings according to their terms and policies, which is outside our direct control as an independent data flow.
To enable core functionality, the App may use on-device storage and system caches, for example:
- Data needed to run quizzes, store progress, and show results on that device; and
- Non-sensitive preferences related to the user interface (as implemented in your build).
We do not require you to create a separate “our service” log-in to use the basic test features, and you do not need to send us your legal name, phone number, or ID number for that purpose.
4. No behavioural ads; no “sale” of data
Unless we later add a feature that clearly asks for separate consent in the App where required by law, we do not use the information within this App to run third-party cross-app behavioural advertising, and we do not sell your personal information in the sense commonly regulated by consumer privacy laws.
5. Third parties and links
Scoring and presentation of results are designed to be handled on the device without requiring our own cloud back-end to analyse your test answers in order to work (subject to the build you release). If you use system share sheets to send content to other apps, those services process data under their own policies, which we do not control.
6. Your rights and retention
You can manage data on the device by deleting the App, clearing app data, and adjusting iOS settings (including iCloud) as offered by Apple.
Where we are legally required to keep records, we may retain a minimal subset that is anonymised or de-identified and limited to what the obligation requires.
7. International users
Depending on where you live, local privacy rules may give you specific rights. We will handle requests in line with applicable law. If you are in mainland China, we aim to follow applicable PIPL and related requirements where they apply to our processing as described here.
8. Changes
We may update this policy for new features or legal requirements. The “last updated” date at the top will change, and for material changes we will use reasonable in-app or store-facing notice where appropriate. Please review this page from time to time.
